I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Procurement Management, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Managements (Honours) and a Bachelor of Business Administration. · Assist with preparation of PCLD annual work plan and budget planning.
· Responsible for financial management, managing and monitoring monthly accounting and financial plans.
· Monitor Programme expenses in accordance with the budget.
· Prepare and ensure timely payment of service providers in cooperation with the PCLD finance and procurement officer.
· Render secretarial support and ensure that Programme proceedings /workshops are minute and filed properly.

· Provide logistical support to the field team in planning field operations such as trainings, conferences and meetings.
· Monitors the availability of accessories, stocks and carries out procurement in accordance with the Progamme guidelines’.

· Keeping and updating of Diary: Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings and events.
· Arranged for departmental and management meetings: Preparation of documents, setting up presentations and facilitating refreshments & minute taking.
· Facilitated the procurement of the Director’s office refreshments, stationaries and furniture.
· Facilitated travel arrangements for the Director: Prepare DSA claims, accommodation and transport bookings.
· Assisted the Director with research to informally respond to queries
· Elementary clerical work: Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements, prepare procurement plans, Retrieving, Safe keeping of all documents and filling.
· Liaised with internal departments and communicating to external stakeholders: Receive incoming/outgoing submissions.
