• Headed the SME Development Unit.
• Managed the credit accounts of SMEs. Annual sales of N$ 300 million + was achieved from SMEs, who benefited from the department's interventions.
• Approved credit limits as proposed or recommended by the manager.
• Assessed performance of construction projects financed by M. Pupkewitz and Sons.

Established the SME Business Development Unit at Pupkewits MegaBuild.

• Developed departmental strategies, processes and systems. The department budget allocated for the implementation of the strategy stood at N$ 20 million.
• Developed the SME Championing Policy and ensured that policy programs are implemented.
• Identified and developed business opportunities with SMEs in the construction, manufacturing, retail and specialist trades. Total number of SMEs targeted annually was 600, the department achieved on average a 135% success rate.
• Assessed credit and financing applications for SMEs and recommend credit limits and funding, for approval.
