With over 25 years of experience, I bring extensive knowledge as a seasoned public health and education expert. My expertise lies in health systems strengthening, project management, research, and capacity building, with a focus on strategic and policy development, monitoring, and evaluation. Throughout my career, I have successfully collaborated with government institutions, international partners, community development groups, and the private sector to design and implement projects, develop initiatives, and shape policies. Notably, I have worked with esteemed organizations such as USAID, UNAIDS, Global Fund, WHO, UNESCO, I-TECH, and IntraHealth Namibia on project evaluations, grant-proposal processes, and strategic framework development. My skills in stakeholder engagement, coordination, data analysis, and report writing have significantly advanced public health initiatives in Namibia, particularly in the context of HIV/AIDS, gender equality, and health systems strengthening. Through these experiences, I have honed my leadership abilities in human resources and diversity management while demonstrating diplomatic acumen and multicultural sensitivity.
I have contributed extensively to public health and development through research and scholarly publications. My work focuses on health system strengthening, epidemiology, HIV/AIDS sustainability, workforce capacity building, and community-led monitoring.
