Assessed policies, reports, and key actors. Reviewed Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) mechanisms for PPR readiness. Provided integration recommendations and a roadmap. Assessed training needs for PPR-CLM capacity building. Documented technical assistance and produced a final report.
  • 01 Nov-11 Dec 2023 - Namibia One Economy Foundation- I-BreakFree Project End Evaluation: Conducted end evaluation of the i-BreakFree Project. As-sessed program indicators, impact, and implementation capac-ity. Evaluation focused on SRH, GBV, HIV, mental health, and psycho-social support for AGYW in Omusati and Ohangwena regions. Applied OECD/DAC criteria to evaluate impact, relevance, effectiveness, coherence, and sustainabil-ity.
  • 23/06 – 25/07 2022 - Namibia UNAIDS-Updating Districts HIV Profiles : Updated HIV profiles for all 36 districts in Namibia. Identified inequalities and coordination indicators with PEPFAR support through UNAIDS. Prepared regional factsheets and a national HIV profile with inequality analysis. Prepared a peer-reviewed paper for publication. Provided recommendations on address-ing local-level inequalities and COVID-19’s impact on HIV services.
  • 20/09 – 27/10 2023: Namibia Global Fund - Global Fund GC7 Grant Making: Supported Namibia's grant making process for Global Fund GC7, facilitating stakeholder consultations, and developing grant submission documents for the Ministry of Health and Social Services and the Country Coordination Mechanism.

Reviewed existing strategies and guidelines, incorporating latest evidence and COVID-19 sur-veillance data.
  • 07/11 – 28/02 2023 - Namibia UNESCO – Our Rights, Our Lives, Our Future (O3) Project: Undertook a baseline study for the O3 Plus project targeting young people in higher education institutions in Namibia. Provided data to assist universities in identifying priorities and developing policies and programs for comprehensive sexuality education and improving learning environments.
  • 15/05 – 31/07 2022 - Namibia CCM Positioning and Engagement (Global Fund): Engaged in high-level political leadership and multisectoral coordination to support effective HIV, TB, and Malaria coordination through the Country Coordinating Mechanism. Collaborated with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and position the CCM for optimal performance through Global Fund.
  • 14/02 – 30/05 2022 - Namibia UNAIDS-Developing District HIV Profiles and COVID-19 Indicators (2021): Coordinated the development of district HIV profiles and COVID-19 indicators, ensuring stakeholder engagement and documentation of HIV and COVID-19 impacts at the Districts and Regional levels. Provided recommendations for addressing inequalities in HIV service access and utilization through UNAIDS support.
  • 01/08 – 30/09 2021 - Namibia USAID- Health Information System (HIS) Assessment : Conducted Health Information System (HIS) assessment for the Ministry of Health and Social Services. Assessed HIS status, challenges, and opportunities. Evaluated implementation prospects for the e-Health Strategy. Conducted stakeholders’ engagement.

  • Ministry of Defence, Namibia, Assistant Researcher involved in data collection and analysis for designing and developing a Health Management System in collaboration with UNAM, spanning Phase 1 & 2.
  • University of Namibia and University of Witwatersrand, Assistant Researcher in data collection and analysis for a project titled 'Readiness to Adopt Inter-sectoral Non-Communicable Disease Prevention Policies in a Subset of Southern and East African Countries.'
