Summary - Personal And Career Summary

I am a male adult with a disability (PwD) suffering from 'Acquired Profound Deafness' in both ears. I am good at Speaking, Writing, Reading and Comprehending except Hearing. I lost my hearing after undergoing a medical treatment at Katutura Intermediate Hospital in Windhoek during 2007 which affected my hearing abilities severely. Despite the sensory challenge I thrive as an innovative Administrator with over nine (9) years of background in pro-active administrative support. I carry out my tasks with detail. I am passionate about 'disadvantaged groups and designated communities' including the ‘persons with disabilities, women, children and other vulnerable groups. I am passionate about advocating for human rights. I am fast at learning and adapting to new environments. I will perform exceedingly well in my duties in workplaces that do not discriminate against the people with disabilities but thrive to create environments that advance policies of inclusion where all employees are treated equally as affirmed by the Fundamentals of Equality and Non-Discriminating values enshrined in Constitution of Namibia; United Nation's Charter of Human Rights; Convention on Rights of People with Disabilities-CRPD); The Constitution of Namibia, Labour Act,(Act No. 11 of 2007); Employment and Equity Act; and Affirmative Action(Employment)Act (No.29 of 1998).
