Successfully led the Asset Management team and developed a reputable NAMCOR Exploration & Production database in 2015.

Successfully led the Exploration and Production team to conduct the first regional Prospect Inventory Project for the Orange Basin in 2018.

Successfully facilitated and led the negotiations on behalf of NAMCOR for the farm-out transaction, which resulted in ExxonMobil acquiring 85% interest and operatorship in NAMCOR license blocks with working interest which are block 1811A (PEL 86) and 1711 (PEL 89).

Successfully, revived and decoupled NAMCOR E & P Company was from NAMCOR holding company to allow the national oil company to operate as an authentic oil and gas company by conducting feasibility studies where the E & P Company's business model demonstrate a viable, long-term sustainability and revenue streams. The study demonstrated that NAMCOR E & P Company will achieve the aforesaid through its resources such as exploration and production assets, invested funds and highly learned & skilled team of Geoscientists and Engineers.

Successful, negotiated Petroleum Agreement with Namibian Petroleum Exploration License operators, Joint Operating Agreements with Joint venture in Petroleum Exploration license where NAMCOR has carried and working interest, Farm-out Agreements where License blocks diversified by NAMCOR.

In 2020/21, Facilitated the development the Upstream Exploration department structure from a flat structure to a progressive structure which allows the team members to grow in terms of leadership and mentorship responsibilities as they gain knowledge and skills to train junior staff.

Successfully, delivered on and above financial targets during my first term as Executive for Upstream Exploration, for the past four years, the revenue targets for the departments has always surpassed the budgeted revenue.

Successfully, upskilled the Upstream Exploration team from being observers on Petroleum Exploration License to be actively participates through conducting technical work on NAMCOR operated blocks and regional Geological, Geophysical and Engineering projects since 2019, as well as planned attachment training with strategic partners.

Successfully led the NAMCOR participation at a Virtual Africa E & P summit of 2020 to promote NAMCOR License blocks with working interest and Namibia hydrocarbon prospectivity to potential investors, where NAMCOR won the Best National Oil Company of the year in Africa Award.

Successfully implemented and executed NAMCOR strategy to acquire Petroleum Exploration License with working interest and enhanced the prospectivity of these license blocks by conducting Geological and Geophysical work. This has provided NAMCOR with an opportunity to meaningful participant in exploration for oil & gas in Namibia and to be able to influence exploration agenda.
