Highlights of my experience include performing a board range of administrative activities including records and data management, archiving, data entry, reception and report generation, handling of debit and credit cards, attending to customer inquiries via telephone, email, mobile app, day to day walk in client’s enquiries- while adhering to internal policies, processes, and regulations.
