  • The residential market dropped in Namibia for renewable energy. Having forecast this drop and how market prices were dropping, I implemented moving into C&I market and dropping cost of residential equipment and dumping it into market at low profits before we had to sell at losses. A month later market completely collapsed and everyone was taking losses or sitting with slow moving stock. The market price kept collapsing while we increased our turnover from NAD 6-8 million Monthly to NAD 8-10 million dollars Monthly.
  • Iseli had no premises, 1 employee and turnover of NAD 500,000 to NAD 1 million monthly. In my 3 years here, we managed to get premises, right next to our competitor, average NAD 8 million dollars Monthly after the second year and now Iseli supplies retailers like Agra and Major EPC like Alensy, Sedgeley, and Johnny's auto among others.
