Human Resource Practitioner (General)
I was assigned to upload data on Human Capital Management System(HCMS), a developed system and spearheaded by the Office of the Prime Minister to be used in keeping all employees personal details that are being uploaded on database, enabling HR staffs to process data electronically, which include but not limited to:
- Selection, conducting of interviews and recruitment, Appointing of staff members,
- Processing of HOSSM forms, Compiling and printing of advice salaries deduction/stopping,
- Perform other HR related tasks such as salaries adjustments,
- Process and verify maternity leaves and send them to Social Security Commission,
- Compile data of probation letters for NCS staff members,
- Admit new employees with GIPF, Register employees and their dependents with medical Aid
- Noting of leaves.
