  • Using the D-365 System to validate Financial Certificates from different Divisions to enable spending by every Division within the company.
  • Initiating project invoices on the D-365 System for every project under Roads Authority around the country.
  • Using Microsoft Excel to provide monthly reports to the company Principal Management Accountant on different projects, their annual budgets against their actual expenditures up to date.
  • Assist the company principal management accountant in coming up with the 2024/25 budget ceilings for all the cost centers.
  • Initiate and complete budget templates than upload the budget templates on the IDU system.
  • Assist in extracting the budget templates from the IDU system to the (D-365 System) ERP system based on the 15 cost centers allocated to me, by the principal management accountant.
  • Using Outlook as a mode of communication in the entire company.
  • Overall provide reports of budgeted amounts of different Divisions against expenditures up to date and provide analysis on the spending trend to the company Principal Management Accountant.

  • Receive cash and POS from project tendering companies and issue receipts in order for them to get tender books from procurement division.
  • Assist companies with projects underway track their payments and give an estimate on when their payments will be processed and paid to them.
  • Overall assist the principal management accountant mitigate and control the company spendings.
