- Liaises with the industry on a continuous basis regarding all aspects which could affect provision of live stocks. Coordinates all information and communicates to Management. Communicates the Company’s requirements on livestock supply to the Meat Board.
- Responsible for the overall coordination of personnel in Livestock Procurement in consultation with the Human Resources Department and the CEO.
- Is overall responsible for the drawing up of the Departments’ budget and controls overall expenditure by monitoring all expenditures against the budget.
