  • Regional Clinical Mentor for Medical Officers, Nurses, Monitoring & Evaluation Officers, Health Assistants and Data Clerks in the field of HIV/AIDS Patient Management in Kavango East region and now temporarily covering Kavango West region to meet the 95-95-95 national and UNAIDS treatment targets.
  • Ongoing mentoring of over 250 healthcare workers in more than 33 health facilities including Hospitals, Health Centres, Clinics, and Correctional Facilities, in HIV prevention, care and treatment, some of which provide services to Key Population clients.
  • Responsible for conducting trainings and capacity building activities for healthcare workers on treatment and management of HIV/AIDS, PMTCT, Tuberculosis, and other Opportunistic Infections.
  • Implementation of HIV Testing Services such as Optimized PITC, Index Contact Testing, Recency Testing and HIV Self-testing both in health facility and community level in compliance with current national HIV testing guidelines and standards in order to meet the first 95 of the 95-95-95 targets.
