My achievements includes being awarded on two occasion as the best performer in epidemiological Methods at the University of Namibia, Exposure to international conferences such as the International Tuberculosis and lung conference, B HIV symposium and having presented on best practices and abstracts from Namibia, Contributions into the Global TB reports, Publications, Exposure o international trainings like the Unions project management course and M&E training under KNCV as well as participation and representation of Namibia in the DHIS2 workshops for decision making, Supported and coordinated the development of Dashboards for several projects under the MoHSS including NACOP, HIRD, TB, Treatment and Malaria, Supervision of staff and have recently obtained a certificate in leadership in Global Health as well as evaluation and development of data systems.
