• 1. Data Analytics and Reporting systems: Spearheading the development and optimization of a robust data analytics infrastructure using Python and SQL. This includes building a scalable data pipeline, automating ETL processes, and equipping local teams with the skills to create meaningful visualizations that drive data-informed decision-making and ensure the sustainability of the NDW Also led the design and development of an innovative open-source tool that eliminates the reliance on Excel for facility-level reporting. Leveraging Python and SQL, this tool ensures timely, accurate, and seamless reporting, empowering healthcare workers with actionable insights and reducing manual workloads
• 2. Electronic Medical Record Systems, Patient Identity Management and Research and Data Collection Initiatives: Leading modernization of critical software platforms that tracks mother-baby pairs across the Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission cascade. Collaborating with the Ministry of Health and key stakeholders to design and pilot a scalable Master Patient Index prototype to support accurate patient identification and linkage of EMRs through unique Health IDs, thus enabling continuity of care and enhancing health system efficiency. Providing end-to-end HIS support for high-impact research studies, including data collection tool design, data preparation, and development of detailed reports and visualizations to empower data-driven insights
• 3. Program management and coordination: My work is rooted in innovation, capacity building, and fostering sustainable systems that enhance health outcomes and strengthen public health infrastructure. Developed proposals, operational plans and coordinated cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of program deliverables, maintaining project schedules and meeting objectives. Strengthened internal communication with creation of shared online workspace, enhancing project coordination.

• Played a pivotal role in the implementation of the Digital Square Project in South Africa, driving operational efficiency and technical excellence through:
• Project Oversight and Delivery Management: Oversaw 4 different vendors, merging detailed project plans outlining scope, timeline, resources, and deliverables, ensuring all stakeholders were aligned with expectations. Maintained accurate records of project documentation including status reports, meeting minutes, resource tracking spreadsheets which aided future decision-making activities efficiently when required often. Implemented continuous improvement initiatives that resulted in increased efficiency across various stages of the implementation process.
• Technical Leadership: Led the development of a searchable mobile application empowering approximately 150 users to achieve accurate and timely program data reporting. Cultivated resources and reference material for technical installation, troubleshooting and maintenance. Developed comprehensive training materials for new technical staff, improving onboarding efficiency and team cohesion.

• ICT and HRIS Infrastructure: Directed phased projects to enhance ICT and HRIS systems for MoHSS and faith-based partners, supporting data-driven decision-making through initiatives such as: Upgrading Ministry’s data centre to meet industry standards
• Customizing and deploying an open-source HRIS system to all regions in Namibia, including expanding the Ministry’s MPLS network

• Process Automation and Service Optimization: Initiated and led system implementation projects to automate critical processes, including procurement, job costing, and plant maintenance, significantly improving service delivery times and operational efficiency.
