- During my tenure as the Secretary of the Witvlei Community Health Committee, I assisted the then Community Counsellor now called Health Facility Based Health Assistant with Pre and Post test counseling for patients who came for HIV tests including the couples
- Due to my hard work, knowledge, skills and dedication, the Witvlei CHC recommended to CoHeNa office, that I be appointed as the Field Promoter now called Community Health Worker responsible for the Witvlei catchment area in May 2007
- I was then appointed and trained during June 2007 as a Field Promoter for Witvlei catchment area, where I served the Witvlei community including the surrounding farms with TB and TB/HIV prevention and care information for fourteen (14) months
- I carried out health education on TB and TB/HIV including referral of community members for HIV Testing and Counselling to the health facility as well as pre and post test counselling to clients as well as couples counselling
- I was then moved to Epako to the CoHeNa office in August 2008, to serve as a member of the Advocacy, Communication and Social Mobilization (ACSM) Team, whereby, I was responsible for carrying out community health education in the whole Omaheke region and a well known data analyst in terms of special cohort monitoring as well as capturing and cleaning of data
- I attended pre and zonal TB review meetings with Khomas and Erongo regions, verifying, cleaning and finalizing regional and zonal TB and TB/HIV data
- I held the position of Secretary for the ACSM team until April 2015
- Again, hard work, commitment and dedication paid off as I was appointed as Gobabis District Field Supervisor in April 2015
- I was responsible for overseeing the work of the Field Promoters in Aminuis, Borderpost, Corridor, Epako, Leonardville, Omitara, Onderombapa and Witvlei clinics respectively until December 2019
- Once again, hard work, smartness and management skills paid off as I was promoted as the Regional Programme Coordinator for Omaheke region from 01
