  • Key achievements include the following significant projects:
  • The computerisation of The Kuala Lumpur stock exchange brokers' front end system(KLSE-BFE ). Personally involve in liaising with the ‘conglomerate’ senior executives to tie-up with the biggest single stock exchange deal in Asean against Hewlett Packard and IBM SG/Malaysia.
  • The single biggest purchase order of US$10m net value awarded to Sun Microsystems Asia South by The Mara Institute of Technology( MIT ) and The University Pertanian Malaysia for the implementation/ education using Java technology in collaboration with U.S universities at Stanford and Berkeley. This was the largest single big win over IBM & HP in Asia pacific.
  • Setting up of the only Sun Authorise Academic Java Competency Center (AAJC ) with the Vietnamese government in Hanoi University, responsible for all Java initiatives development nationwide.
  • Finalising the Colombo government's portal project and provision of e-business solutions for regional internet service providers.
  • Sales & implementation of a US$10 million Cad Cam computerisation turnkey project at Singapore Housing & development board and primarily responsible for the first multi-million system sold to Electricity Generator Authority of Thailand.
  • Responsible for identifying, recruiting and training new channels’ partners & pioneering new sales team in new territories (SAARC countries as Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India and IndoChina . Spearheaded strategic alliances with regional/global systems integrators and independent software vendors into new accounts and countries. Achieved Sunrise (above 120% annual sales target) yearly award from 1992 to 2000 consecutively.
  • Setting up and leading a team of CMRO (complex maintenance repair and overhaul) specialists for Korean Airlines and Air Sahara India airlines’ implementation tools over a period of 2 year at Oracle Asia with revenue of US$35M & US$7M respectively on these 2 accounts - 2 of the biggest airlines deals won over incumbent SAP Asia in 2006.
  • 1st biggest Oracle implementation of Oracle Financials at Malaysia Airlines Sdn Bhd with GSI partner Accenture in 2005 over SAP Malaysia’.
  • Rolling out Interblocks’s biggest payment adoption customer in Philippines and finding new majority investor for Interblocks to go into the next step for bigger enterprise clientele
