• Worked with construction administration consultants to plan field observations on schedule.
• The projects comprise most aspects of building and civil work such as, reinforced concrete foundations, columns, beams and suspended slabs; structural steelworks, plumbing and sewerage including a trickling filter sewerage treatment plant, bulk earthworks and interlocking road pavers etc.
• The worker complement on the Etayi Police Station site was on the average 8O workers and that on the Oshivelo site was on the average 35.
• Avoided construction delays by efficiently following through with all site inspections.
• Conducted weekly production and operations contractor meetings, facilitating stronger communication and helping to resolve critical issues.
• Provided safety kits to all construction personnel, fully complying with job site safety protocols.
