Responsible for carrying out research, monitoring, and evaluation activities and providing logistical arrangements for workshops, training, and seminars. Worked closely with a diverse team to develop workflow tools. Provided training to two staff members on evaluation, data collection, analysis, and reporting strategies. Played a key role in shaping policies and procedures for M&E processes. Kept accurate and up-to-date records of all monitoring and evaluation activities carried out throughout the year. Created surveys to gather input from beneficiaries regarding the effectiveness of the programme. Worked closely with programme and senior teams to create essential qualitative and quantitative data collection methodologies.

Teaching learners. I provided guidance and support to learners throughout the day, both inside the classroom and during breaks. Introduced an English Club tailored towards the specific needs of English language learners, providing support and assistance. I attended various workshops, trainings, and conferences to enhance my educational skills. Implemented and upheld regulations for student conduct and protocols to ensure a structured and organised environment. Actively pursued opportunities for collaboration with other teachers within the circuit. Conducted a meeting with parents and guardians to address students' progress and identify areas for improvement. Successfully overcame the obstacles of working with a highly diverse learner population, resulting in outstanding learner achievement. Provided support to colleagues by assisting with assignment development, special projects, tests, administrative updates, and grading.
