A dedicated and results-driven Hospitality and Tourism professional with several years of experience in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (VET). My passion always lied in education, and my expertise extends beyond training to classroom management , assessment material development, formative and summative assessment designing and conducting, mentoring trainees to ensure career success, and ensuring quality in vocational training. My qualifications include a Bachelor of Hospitality and Tourism Management, a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education, a Bachelor of Hospitality and Tourism Management (Honors) from the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST). Further, I am currently doing Masters in Hospitality and Tourism Innovations Management with NUST. My passion lies in improving education through enhancing curriculum quality, improving training standards, and driving policy implementation for educational excellence.
