• Coordinate and promote quality improvement initiatives at national, regional, and district levels.
• Spearhead mortality audits, reduce patient mortality, and present findings to improve service quality.
• Conduct ongoing reviews of patient care practices to identify improvement opportunities.
• Promote the management of TB and HIV in the context of an integrated approach (one-stop shop).
