• Lead the implementation of high-quality, patient-centered interventions to improve TB and HIV patient outcomes.
• Coordinate and promote quality improvement initiatives at national, regional, and district levels.
• Spearhead mortality audits, reduce patient mortality, and present findings to improve service quality.

• Managed patients with drug-resistant TB, including monitoring side effects and performing contact investigations.

• Addressing patient's social aspects, liaise with medical officers and other related professions as to approach the patient's care in a holistic manner.

• Providing general nursing services to the clients.
• Providing antenatal and postnatal care to the mothers.
