- I work with C.12 clients, processing their foreign exchange transactions while ensuring full compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, the Bank of Namibia's requirements, and internal banking policies.
- My responsibilities require a high level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail, as I verify client documentation, assess compliance requirements, and ensure that all transactions meet the applicable regulatory standards.
- I have developed excellent customer service and communication skills by working closely with clients to guide them through regulatory requirements while maintaining a professional and service-oriented approach.
- I have developed strong analytical, record-keeping, and compliance monitoring skills that I believe are directly relevant to the responsibilities of a Customs and Excise Officer.
