Mr. Hitila is a Development Facilitator with excellent competency in sustainable development, environmental management, public management, strategy development, staff management, budget development, research and need assessments, design thinking and innovation, implementation of socio-economic programs and livelihood projects, and nature conservation. Mr. Hitila has over nine years' experience in rural development, local economic development, and natural resources management. He has supervised and mentored over 50 communal conservancy staff members, and supervised over 30 staff members in different positions he held over the years.
