� Conduct regular site visits and advise line managers on HR-related problems and appropriate corrective action
to be taken
� Assist line management to implement and maintain a manpower plan to meet the manpower needs of the
departments
� Facilitate the engagement and placement processes of new employees/recruits
� Identify areas of high labour turnover and the causes thereof and inform the HR Superintendent and HR
Manager
� Assist the Line Manager in identifying training needs
Recruitment and Selection
� Facilitate the recruitment and selection processes
� Draft internal and external advertisements to the required quality and standards
� Conduct preliminary shortlisting of candidates for job interviews
Administration
� Provide monthly HR, Recruitment and IR reports to the relevant HOD, HR Superintendent and HR Manager
� Conduct quarterly onboarding and retention interviews
� Conduct monthly exit interviews
Employee Relations
� Facilitate the implementation and maintenance of the Code of Conduct Policy to achieve its objectives
