-Assist with implementing the Banks Trade Sales Strategy towards servicing existing and new client relationships as well as developing smooth and customer centric processes and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Support the Manager: Trade Services with the overall Management, Control and Operations of the Trade Department
-Assist with developing and implementing appropriate risk mitigating strategies within the Trade environment to ensure strict adherence to all the Bank’s policies and procedures as well as regulatory and compliance requirements.
-Assist Manager to ensure processes and procedures are reviewed and updated regularly;
-Continuously look for ways to improve and develop systems and methods to ensure operational excellence and manageable risk.
-Provide support to branches, clients, other internal stakeholders as well as correspondent banks with queries and unique needs.
-Keep abreast with current events, changing trends, business drivers, best practices and legislative requirements within the industry to proactively identify any possible impact to existing systems and processes to enable the division to realign its operations in an effective and timely manner with the minimum impact on service standards.
-Sustainable increase in profitable growth i.e. contributing towards budget;
-Growth through increase in business from existing clients and referrals;
-Increase Non Interest Revenue through cross selling of appropriate fee based products and services at the correct price (marked related and deal winning product pricing;
