April2016 - June 2017: Processing plant

Working on projects of installing new instruments in the plant. Installations, monitoring, calibration, repair and maintenance of control and measuring instruments.( valves, level & flow transmitters, weight meter, temperatures and analytic instruments such as PH, DO, Bed level and turbidity sensors. Installation of CCTV cameras.

July 2017 up to date: HME Workshop

Programming, Installation, repair and maintenance of two way communication, FM and telemetry radios. Installation, repair, fault finding and fixing the DPS900 system, Fatigue management system, tyre pressure monitoring systems. Installations and repairing of cameras on heavy mobile equipments. Fault finding on heavy mobile equipment’s PLC and communication cards. I de tidying possible improvements and justifying the needs in the operation.

September 2014 -February 2015: Laboratory

Maintenance and fault fixing on all sample preparation equipments, the XRF machine, the robot circuit and all wet lab analytical instruments, calibration of PH’s and conductivity probes.

March 2015 - August 2015: Engineering, C&I Process section

Installation, calibration, repair and maintenance of control instruments ( valves, temperature, level and flow transmitters. Profibus and PLC fault finding.
