Summary

Kelvin Mubiana Katukula serves as Manager for Resource Mobilisation and Grants Management at the National Commission on Research, Science and Technology (NCRST) in Namibia. In this capacity, he works across research funding, grant oversight, and strategic collaboration to support the country’s research and innovation agenda.
