• To steer the Department of Paediatrics and Child Health Care, at Intermediate Hospital Katutura (IHK) into a Department of Excellence, which practice Evidence-Based Medicine.
• To cultivate an Academic and Research culture in the staff members and students, by producing robust databases, audits and publications from our Department, which will put Namibia on the Global Map.
• To motivate government in establishing a Paediatric High Care at IHK, a Step-Down Malnutrition Rehabilitation Centre with a Community Garden and to renovate the Neonatal Unit at IHK in order to deliver pristine Paediatric health care and decrease Morbidity and Mortality.
• To establish a Haemophilia Comprehensive Centre and Support Government in establishing a Paediatric Dialysis Centre.
• Form National and International Collaborations.
