• Review and submit quarterly budget execution report to Deputy Director
• Analyse the submittance of the TAW's/Virements/Suspensions/Reconciliations on statements/Cashbook statements/Budget Split and Debit Acceptances of the Ministry
• Analyse, facilitate and submit the Mid-Year Budget Review and Annual Budget to the Ministry of Finance and Public Enterprises and National Planning Commission
• Review and submit Annual Financial Statements to the Auditor General's Office
• Analyse the responses provided on the outcome of the audit
• Acting as Deputy Director when need arises
