I currently work as a cashier and my duties are:

- Opening and closing the cash register

- Customer service

- Cleaned and disinfect shop area

My work in the company included a training within the area dedicated to distance learning and support in the area of the E-Campus university hub. I was responsible for assistance to teachers: organizing recording rooms, materials and contracts.

- Participation in international sporting tournaments and events

My au pair experience allowed me to work abroad and in close contact with four children of very different ages (3,7,10,12 years). My work was based on:

- Promoting italian language development through reading and storytelling

- Collaborating with parents to develop and implement disciplinary programs to promoting positive behavior

- Teaching children manual activities, from drawing and painting to paper and other materials creations It was an extraordinary experience for me that confirmed my high sense of responsibility.

- Preparation of cups, ice cream cones, fruit salads, milkshakes, smoothies and yogurt

- Management of cash register operations by accepting payments in cash and credit cards

- Reorganization and sanitization of the workstation

- Listening to customer needs and desires in order to identify and recommend the most suitable products for them

- Using cash registers and receiving cash payments and credit card

- Arranging merchandise on shelves - Receiving incoming merchandise

- Preparation, cooking and selling of fresh pasta

- Cashier activities

- Sale to customer

After graduating high school, KPMG fides offered me an internship. This job implement me the notions learned during my studies. My work mainly consisted of recording invoices and participating in training courses.

This job was my first step into the world of work. A sense of responsibility and independence have always accompanied me in life and that is why I started working while I was still attending school. My main tasks were:

- Choosing and preparing the mise en place

- Welcoming customers and managing the wardrobe

- Table service

- Setting up and cleaning the restaurant room.
