1. I am a newly qualified emergency care technician with hands-on training during my work-integrated learning shifts, through which I got most of my experience. The WIL sites included:

  • LIFELINK

Through my WIL shifts, I was able to:

  • Conducted patient assessments and provided basic and advanced life support during clinical placements in diverse healthcare settings.
  • Assisted in the management of trauma cases, including splinting, bleeding control, and airway management.
  • Collaborated with paramedic teams to respond to emergency calls, ensuring timely care and transport to medical facilities.

2. I also attended a basic life support course; hence, I am proficient in delivering cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
