Have overall  29 years human resources working experience  of which 23 years were spent in management , 18 years  in  executive experience.  worked 2 years in government service (Ministry of Home Affairs & Labour) , 15 years in local government (Municipality of Windhoek), 12 years of my working life was spent in state owned enterprises ( Namport & Namfisa).  5 years into management consulting.  Been Acting Chief Executive Officer for City Of Windhoek (6 Months)  and Namibia Ship Dry Dock & Ship Repairs  (since November 2017 to date).
