My duties are as follows:
•Implementing a file plan for the company to ensure that records are systematically organised and ease retrieval of records in the organisation.
•Creating an inventory for the company’s records
• Scanning records
• Implementing the Records Management policy
• Creating the Retention and Disposal schedule policy
I worked on a project (Record Management Services Project) for Social Security Commission and did consultancy services such as; Data sorting, Data sequencing, Indexing and Registry Services.
My role was to perform registry duties at the office of the Prime minister, division Human Resources. I created files, assisted users/employees in finding specific records. I recorded the incoming and outgoing records.
