  • Building client relationships/ advertising agencies.
  • Managing of country sales. (Including junior media specialist budget).
  • Managing of all Client Relationships, including junior media specialist clients. Managing all public relations for Alliance Media Namibia.
  • Organize and managing all clients marketing campaigns and deadlines. Entertaining clients after hours.
  • Overall responsibility for the development and achievement of the country budget and budget targets respectively, by maintaining the existing client’s relationship in a high professionalism, targeting new clients and maintaining office expenses.
  • To manage the daily activities of business, so it maximize revenue and achieve monthly budget targets through ensuring operational and client service delivery.

  • Overseeing operations team and operations supervisor.
  • Make sure that all installations are done within the time line by the following:
  • Ensuring Operations has been planned and executed there delivery time as per the lead time presented to client.
  • Ensuring all requirements are in place for installations. Chase List: following up on clients behalf on the required department, in order to give client the satisfactory service the company represents.
  • Monitoring the process in Operations department.
  • Managing of relationships with stakeholders- Namibia Airports Company/City of Windhoek and Landlords.
  • Manage tenders processes with support from Head Office, establishing effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Tender- complying and gathering information to submit.
  • Reviewing operations costs vs sales income profit, in order to meet the country budget.
  • Business Development. Scouting for new business and negotiating with landlords on securing a contract.
  • Office Administration:
  • Filing off client documents in client files and ensuring records are kept, in order to maintain a good client relationship.
  • Monitoring on all office administration and helping where ever is required. Managing of all office financial requirements.
  • Others:
  • Reporting: Daily Reports, Weekly and Monthly reports to be submitted to Head Office.
  • Submission of all reports and annual budget reports to head office.
  • Assuming all responsibility of Alliance Media Namibia as a country.

  • Find out what they have to offer, rates and which clients are advertising with them. (Newspapers, billboards, radio and magazines).

  • Marketing – oversee all marketing for Alliance Media Namibia. Monitoring and analysing market trends.

  • Managing Finance:
  • Ensure all financial reporting is accurate, valid and complete and submitted on time to head office for financial reporting purposes.
  • Verifying that all invoices are correctly billed and send out to clients.
  • Verifying that the Country Income report is correct and submitted back to the country accountant for billing.
  • Requesting Credit Notes for client’s accounts and ensuring client gets all information regarding their accounts.
  • Reconciling Clients Accounts and Insure that payments have been captured by the accountant.
  • Reconciling clients’ accounts with clients. (Statements/detailed ledgers).
  • Maintain a healthy cash flow by ensuring timely collections from debtors.
  • Creditors.
  • Approve all recruitment and salaries in line with Head Office regulations.
  • Raising orders and signing them off.
  • Review and approve all purchase orders in line with Head Office processes.
  • Cost cutting to ensure budget is met. Profit vs Cost. In line with company expectations.
  • Ensure all payment of all landlords are done.
  • Ensure all payments of all creditors are done.
  • Control of all administration in finance.
  • Managed to be part of team that which managed to meet and set budget targets for six years in a row.
  • At a grading of all outdoor advertising companies in Namibia, Alliance Media was awarded the highest possible ranking, the Diamond/Gold Award/ Silver for being the best outdoor advertising company in Namibia at the prestigious PMR Awards. 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017.
