For many years I built and worked in businesses in the environmental and waste fuel recycling sector in Southern Africa. My work involved building teams, navigating business partnerships throughout Southern Africa and working in complex environments.
Like many people, life eventually brought unexpected challenges and difficult transitions. At one point I found myself needing to step back, reassess, and rebuild parts of my life and work.
That period taught me something important. Starting again is frightening, but it can also reveal strength and clarity we didn't know we had.
