Through dedication and continuous learning, I have climbed the corporate ladder, gaining exposure in reputable Namibian companies such as PWC, MTC, Air Namibia, and Namibia Development Corporation. My journey began in 2004 at SAGE VIP, where I advanced through hard work, studying, and exams, eventually becoming a Senior Consultant specializing in Total Solutions (Payroll & HR). In 2011, I assumed the role of Senior Remuneration & Benefits HR Officer at Namibia Development Corporation, overseeing policy renewal and remuneration realignment within the HR department. I held the position of Group Senior Human Capital Business Partner at Momentum Metropolitan Namibia Ltd, overseeing 900 employees and leading a team of three Human Capital Business Partners.

Softline VIP is one of the leading developers, implementers and support providers of payroll and HR management software & procedures for small to large organizations in South Africa, Namibia. VIP’s software is used by more than 24000 companies throughout SA and more than 2 million packages / remunerations are calculated and managed by VIP’s software each month. VIP Namibia have approx. 900 clients and about 250 systems have been implemented by me whereas I supported the entire clientele as the need arise. Councils to name but a few.

  • Ensure the implementation and the entire framework is structured in accordance with the company policies

    remuneration and rewards alignment.
