In my role overseeing the Centralized Back Office for Bank Gaborone and Bank Windhoek, I ensure back-office operations meet efficiency standards and turnaround times. My responsibilities extend to cash management, including local and foreign currency oversight, collaboration with Treasury on bulk cash orders, and maintaining exposure control against currency fluctuations. I also ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are adhered to, and contracts are periodically reviewed.
