• Supported implementation of emergency drought response programme through beneficiary registration, verification and targeting, contributing to assistance delivery to 143,000+ beneficiaries, including pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under five.
• Conducted process monitoring, post-distribution monitoring (PDM) and retailer monitoring across value voucher, commodity voucher and wet-feeding modalities, ensuring compliance with WFP SOPs, accountability, protection and food quality standards.
• Implemented and managed Community Feedback Mechanism (CFM) by collecting, documenting, analysing and escalating beneficiary feedback and complaints to strengthen programme accountability and service delivery.
• Carried out School Feeding Programme monitoring across nine regions, verifying food deliveries, enrolment coverage, food preparation, hygiene practices and record-keeping in line with WFP and national guidelines.
• Conducted Food Systems monitoring across WFP Food Systems (FS) sites nationwide, assessing local procurement processes, market functionality, food availability and partner compliance to support resilient food systems programming.
• Designed data collection tools using MODA, and collected, cleaned and analysed programme and nutrition data using SPSS, Microsoft Excel and ENA for SMART, producing high-quality datasets for operational decision-making.
• Prepared field mission reports, monitoring summaries and data-driven recommendations, and coordinated with cooperating partners, local authorities and internal teams to resolve issues, support pipeline planning and improve programme performance.

• As part of the service team, responsibilities included attending up to five days of training (including ethics and mock interviews), working collaboratively in a team of three to collect both quantitative and qualitative data, and conducting participant screening, recruitment, consent, and survey administration using REDCap on tablets. Additional duties involve assisting with in-depth interviews, participating in daily team meetings and quality feedback sessions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and standard operating procedures.

• Responsibilities included: Updating CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviews) Ensure that the community members are aware of the CENSUS. Submit daily reports, and hard copy forms to the constituency office daily. Ensure the collected data is of quality

Part of implementing a targeted support program within the Namibia Water Support Sector Program (NWSSP):

• Responsible for collecting baseline data through a structured baseline survey using Tablets (CS-Entry) and GPS.
• The survey would inform the design of a targeted water program in the NWSSP for the envisioned construction- of further water pipelines in the affected communities.
• Overall responsible for creating maps and everything
  GIS- related.
