Projects and Responsibility at IAP:

1. SKORPION ZINC MINE MAINTENANCE contract (August 2019 - April 2020),

• Responsible for ensuring quality control of maintenance projects of HDPE pipes and linings, GRP pipes and linings, brick linings, and all corrosion protection, and civil maintenance jobs.
• Supervised and ensured quality control for the reconstruction and refurbishment of several tanks and vessels.
• Site Engineer on the rebuild of the MS-008 Washing Settler in the Solvent Extraction area.

2. Leaching Module 1 Rebuild at Rossing Uranium Mine (September 2019 - December 2019)

• The construction of a new trench, drainage system, surface bed, bund wall, and stub columns at the leaching area at Module 1.

3. Acid Plant Bund Rebuild at Swakop Uranium Mine (November 2019 - September 2020).

• Excavations and civil rebuilding of the Bund area, as well as all pump bases and bund walls.
• Acid-resistant construction works over the entire bund area.

4. GRP maintenance contract at Swakop Uranium Mine (May 2020 - December 2020)

• Led the team of GRP artisans for all GRP pipeline and tank emergency callouts for repairs and refurbishment in the acid plant, IX area, and SX areas.

5. Construction in 2021 shut down at Dundee PMT Mine (February 2021 - April 2021)

• Refurbishment and rebuild of converter scrubber D and E refractory civils.
• The repairs to the acid plant, acid tank, and drying towers.
• Replacement of damaged GRP pipelines in the Acid Plant area.

6. Fabrication of PVDF Pipeline at Dundee PMT Mine (March 2021 - August 2021)

• Surveyed the old, damaged GRP pipeline and removed it.
• Designed, fabricated, hydrostatically tested, and installed 2 new 250 NB PVDF pipelines for the scrubber D, and scrubber E converters at Dundee mine.

• Assisted in design calculations and analysis for Etosha Leudernik admin block and staff entertainment buildings.
• Assisted with the storm water, road, and pavement design for Otjiwarongo Extension 8 project.
• Performed field site inspections for Otjiwarongo Extension 8 and Dorado Park church projects.
• Utilized AutoCAD to draft foundation layouts for Etosha Leudernik admin block project.
• Executed roof-to-foundation design calculations manually and conducted structural analysis using Prokon.

• Corrected site plans for Kaisosi project resubmission to municipality using AutoCAD.
