· Review and update the project-related cost information.
· Coordinate the stakeholder engagements with the Non-Banking Financial Institutions and Project Team meetings including preparing agenda and taking high level project minutes.
· Submit requests for new budgets for supporting the projects.
· Convey the necessary changes in the meetings to the Project Managers and the Head: Strategy & Projects.
· Organized and oversaw the routine administrative tasks of more than three separate high value projects, simultaneously.
· Saved the project cost by approximately NAD 250 000.00 through excellent supplier/vendor relationships and implementation of various process improvements.
· Plan all seminars, travel and logistics, for individual team members, the Executive Committee Members, including the planning seminars and hosting of international delegates.
I have more than 9 years of experience as a Project Assistant at the Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority (NAMFISA) and am highly competent in all aspects of the position. I’m especially excellent at assisting the Project Sponsor (CEO) and the Head of Strategy and Projects, including the Project Managers with administrative functions and handling multiple regular business operations.
I’m also skilled at maintaining records of essential files and databases. I have repeatedly demonstrated that I am an outstanding team member with amazing organizational and multitasking capabilities, as well as the critical ability to function in fast-paced business environments over the years. Besides that, I demonstrated that I am a goal-oriented person with a deep desire to achieve all objectives and have been awarded a performance review score of more than 4.25 out of 5, for the past four years.
