I was born in Windhoek Namibia, attended primary school and high school in Cape Town South Africa. Graduated with a bachelors of Medicine and surgery from the university of Namibia in 2018. Completed internship training at Katutura hospital in 2020 and worked as a medical officer in the department of internal medicine until 2022. Was also privileged to serve critically ill patients in the ICU during the COVID pandemic. Spent 8 months working in the department of neurology managing the two neurology clinics and overseeing the running of the stroke unit during that time as a medical officer in state. Gained experience working in the department of endocrinology.

I was privileged to work in the ministry of health and social services during my training/internship years.My roles and responsibilities included managing patients in the wards. Being on call for the specific departments I was rotating through, attending to patients at the outpatients department.
