I was privileged to work in the ministry of health and social services during my training/internship years.My roles and responsibilities included managing patients in the wards. Being on call for the specific departments I was rotating through, attending to patients at the outpatients department.

• Worked and gained experience in the department of neurology
• Work and gained experience in the department of endocrinology
• Monitored patient progress and adjusted treatments accordingly.
• Enhanced patient satisfaction with thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Participated in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with advances in medicine and enhance clinical skills.
• Completed training in ACLS
• Worked and gained experience in the COVID ICU as part of the treatment team including the management of critically ill patients
• Reviewed complex cases alongside colleagues during peer consultations to develop consensus on appropriate courses of action for challenging scenarios.
• Mentored junior medical staff members through hands-on training sessions, reinforcing key concepts and guiding their professional growth.
• Trained and supervised medical students and interns engaged in special activities and procedures including but not limited to CVP line insertion, bone marrow biopsies, temporary dialysis catheter insertion.
• Managed emergency medical situations, providing immediate care and stabilizing patients for further treatment.
