Requirements:

* State licensure or ability to obtain appropriate state licensure


* Provide comprehensive behavioral health screenings and assessments of students as appropriate


* Provide individual, group, and family therapy


* Apply psychological principles, methodology, and techniques designed to modify behavior


* Perform crisis evaluation andbehavioral intervention as needed


* Work in coordination with school personnel and parents to develop appropriate programs for eligible students


* Maintain appropriate records


* Collaborate in the development and implementation of an effective treatment plan based on the individual's IEP


* Ensure all services are performed in accordance with state laws and regulations


* Perform other LPC duties/responsibilities required by the Program and within the scope of licensure and/or certification


* Personal commitment to driving positive outcomes for students


* Collaborative minded professional with strong oral and written communication skills


* Ability to work and build strong relationships with parents, teachers and school administrators


* Experience working in schools or with children a plus, but not required
