  • Provide comprehensive technical support for ATM, Electronic, and Mobile Channels by monitoring the availability of distributed environments, including Servers, 3rd party links, and Card systems, through rigorous health checks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deploy new changes, ensuring alignment with business requirements and minimal disruption to existing systems.
  • Efficiently log incidents on ServiceNow and drive the Incident Management process, ensuring swift resolution and root cause analysis for all issues.
  • Actively participate in the crisis management process for major system failures, troubleshooting and analyzing diagnostic information to restore full operation quickly.
  • Provide strategic input on process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience, while ensuring adherence to standardization principles and minimizing local variations.
