With 8 years of comprehensive experience in the banking industry, with focus on technical support, system management, and process optimization within ATM, electronic, and mobile channels. Throughout the roles, that have been led primarily by regression testing, implemented system upgrades, and driven incident management processes, all of which are crucial to maintaining and enhancing critical banking systems. Currently, in second year of pursuing a Bachelor of Informatics at the Namibian University of Science and Technology. This academic pursuit, combined with practical experience, has equipped with a robust understanding of both the technical and strategic aspects of banking technology. Having actively contributed to scoping, testing, and deploying new systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with business objectives.
